Villa Rafina, the most popular vacation rental in the Attica region.Can be rent in full (all three levels), but this happens rarely due to the high price. Very important and famous people rent and stay for a few weeks each year, but also large groups of 8, and 10 people.The outside area is exactly as in the normal rental, but inside all three levels are used but without the presence of the homeowner (which that may be a disadvantage sometimes).
The grounds include the swimming pool, the BBQ, the soccer and basketball field, the kid's playground and the cafeteria.Indoor facilities include 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 3 sitting rooms, 1 laundry room, and 1 office.
Please note that three bedrooms are located on the top floor and two on the ground floor.

From Rafina you can easily visit the very active towns of Nea Makri and Artemis, with hundreds of restaurants, as also the tomb of Marathon, its town and the dam.
Rafina itself is a very active town during summer, and there many great areas to visit such as the three squares, the churches, or the port with the fish shops.
You can also visit any of the nearby islands of Andros, Tinos or Mykonos leaving at 08:00 and return back any time as there is constant connection with the islands everyday.
Athens is 1 hour drive, Sounio is 1:30, and the airport is less than 30 minutes.

There is a private large swimming pool and a 5x5 football field at which games may be arranged anytime with the participation of the guests!! Many beaches also -rocky or sandy- within a few kilometres distance with crystal clear waters. The very popular and fully organised "Schinias" beach is located 15km northwards, 20-30 minutes drive.

All rooms are air conditioned and two of them are actually children's bedrooms, while adults can also use them of course.There are three bedrooms located at the top level, one with a single bed (photo), and two with double beds (Queen size).The other two rooms are located on the ground floor - all levels conected with staircases- of which one has a large double bed and the other three single beds (children or adults).
