A wonderfull and warm place for two people with a nice garden.Located near the portown of Rafina, with magnificent view of the sea. This is a two levels house at which the first level (ground floor) is the rental part (most common way of most rentals in Greece).

There's one double bedroom, a full kitchen, one bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, stereo, TV, desk and a nice garden with BBQ.Two exits, one at the front (garage) and one at the back (garden).Central heating also available for winter periods.

A fully loaded kitchen-with seating for up to four people- is available to make coffee or to cook food. Shops such as bakery, mini market and fast food located 5-10 minutes walking distance.

This is the ideal place for up to two people. The bedroom has one double bed and is fully equiped with linens and sheet. Closets, mirror, and a TV rack for optional TV in the bedroom. Size and type of bed optionaly may be changed upon request.

Ferries, catamarans and flying dolphins connect everyday Rafina with the islands.Many shops, cafeterias and restaurants in the town, as also many happenings in the popular Rafina's square. Wonderfull views from selected spots.
